1. Sleep for at least 6-7 hours in a day, especially 10:00 in the evening up to 2:00 in the morning, most growth hormones are released during these times. Sleeping at these particular time has twice (2x) effect than usual hours.
2. Meditate everyday! 15 minutes or more, preferably upon waking up in the morning.
Meditation is a simple way to balance a person’s emotional and mental state. It focuses on breath, image or sound. It is also done in order to still the mind, allow a greater awareness and quality to emerge.
- Find a place where you will not be disturbed
- Lie on your back or sit straight.
- Close your eyes when you feel comfortable.
- Give attention to your breathing, feel the rise or fall of your abdomen.
- To enhance the effect; as you inhale visualize to yourself “a cool clear mind” and as you exhale say silently, “calm, relaxed body”.
- Practice this exercise for 10 minutes at a convenient time each day.
- If you are sitting, keep your spine straight and let your shoulders drop
- As you breathe in, feel the universal therapeutic energy coming in your body,
or imagine your favorite color, feel the energy of that color coming in your body.
Slowly exhale, as you exhale release all the tension, toxin and pollution in your
body. Feel the diaphragm as it return to its natural position
3. Laugh loudly! Repeat 10 times, consume 10 seconds each laugh. Laughter increases the activity of the Natural Killing Cells (NK Cells) inside the white blood cells which play an important and integral role in the body’s defenses.
4. Make a wish card. A wish card shows a list of things you want to achieve in your life. Your goals and aspirations for the future, whether it is your plan after a year, two or three.
Steps:
i. First, write on your wish card.
ii. Place it on the wall.
iii. Raise hand on both sides, palms facing upward, look at the sky, take a deep breath 3x.
iv. Recite this phrase: “I am open and receptive to all the good and abundance in the universe”…or “I open my mind and receive all happiness and fertilities in the universe”…
v. Then read your wish card loudly every morning
5. Have confidence! Confidence attracts all the universal positive energy. It is the so called, Law of Attraction. Positive thinking attracts positive results.
