Given below are some very useful fruit and vegetable juices which are found beneficial in the prevention and relief of common ailments:

COLD:
Juices of apple, pears, grapes, grape-fruit, orange, pineapple, peaches, melon. Banana and jack fruit should be avoided.
VARICOSE VEINS:
Both fruit and vegetables juices are very helpful. Carrot and spinach juices prepared in 3:2 ratio are highly recommended for its relief. Other vegetables cabbage, turnip, cauliflower can also be taken. Fruits especially orange and leomn are very helpful.
BRONCHITIS:
Juice of orange (add warm water to pure juice especially when attack is acute) All fruits are good except jack-fruit and banana.
ATHRITIS:
Juices extracted from green leafy vegetables: spinach mixed with carrot, celery, beetroot juice. Fresh pineapple and lime juice. Fresh potato juice drink 1:1 with water in the morning is beneficial.
APPENDICITIS:
Carrot juice in combination with beetroot and cucumber juice is very good.
